I'm a somatic practitioner, international facilitator, and mentor who supports people in building a deeper, more connected relationship with their bodies and souls. My work centers on helping clients stay present with their lived experience while making space for the many layers of identity, emotion, and personal history that shape how we move through the world.

I bring a deep level of care and presence to this work, meeting people with an attention that is steady, intuitive, and precisely attuned to what's happening beneath the surface. My approach is rooted in the body and in a real relationship with the earth, keeping the work honest, grounded, and connected to life as it's actually lived. Clients often tell me they feel deeply seen and able to relax into themselves in a new way, like something can finally settle and reorganize. There's a quiet, consistent orientation toward well-being in how I work, creating space for people to come back into themselves with more clarity, stability, and trust. As that happens, people often reconnect with a deeper sense of their own power and eros, as a natural expression of being fully in contact with themselves.

I support people through periods of change, healing, and transition, with a focus on lasting well-being and living in a more connected, embodied way. Together, we turn insights and breakthroughs into changes that are steady, real, and part of everyday life.

    Group Work

In my group work, I focus on creating environments where people feel safe, attuned to, and able to engage with honesty and range. I pay close attention to the relational field—what's happening between people, beneath words, and in bodies—so the space can stay responsive and alive.

My approach invites people to show up as they are while also expanding their capacity to be with difference, tension, and intimacy. Through supportive guidance, the group becomes a place where insight and collaboration emerges through relationship and coherence. I support groups to build a deeper sense of trust, self-awareness, and the ability to stay connected to self, the group, and shared purpose.
